Acetal (POM-C)

HDPE (High Density Polyethylene)

With a high strength-to-density ratio, HDPE delivers superior tensile strength compared to LDPE. Additionally, it resists many solvents and features excellent sliding properties.
Black HDPE is specially formulated for enhanced UV resistance, making it ideal for outdoor use.
Nylon (Polyamide)
Nylon (Polyamide) is available in two primary forms: cast and extruded. Cast nylon offers a higher molecular weight and greater crystallinity compared to extruded types, resulting in enhanced strength and performance.
Nylon is widely recognized for its excellent mechanical strength, wear resistance, smooth sliding capabilities, and superior machinability. However, unlike polyethylene, nylon absorbs moisture and may expand, making it less suitable for wet or submerged environments.

Polycarbonate (PC)
