These are four-row cone bearers. The main objective of UCF – Four Holes Unit is to reduce the utmost total load. There is a possibility of rising in power consumption of the system because of the implementation of the shock-absorber in it. When a new conveyor bearing block is installed on a used shaft, the shaft has to be cleaned with an abrasive material or wire brush, for the bearing to smoothly slide into place. There are two types of Polyamide enclosed bearings made of stainless steel of grade SS430. These bearings can be used in all kinds of wet application where regular cleaning of the conveyor is required.
